Quote terms

These terms apply to quotes and orders from Schöne Airspace Intelligence Group S.R.L., trading as Fiberframes ("we"), to business customers ("you"). We sell to businesses only. Anything agreed in writing in a specific quote takes priority over these terms.

1. Quotes

• Information on our website, including the drawing check, is not an offer. Only a written quote from us is binding.
• A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
• Prices are in euro, excluding VAT, ex works (Incoterms 2020 EXW, Cluj-Napoca), unless the quote says otherwise.
• Material, thickness, tolerances, finish, quantity and lead time are as stated in the quote.

2. Your drawings and intellectual property

• Drawings and designs you send remain your property. We use them only to quote and produce your order.
• We keep your drawings confidential and sign your NDA on request.
• You confirm that you have the right to have the parts in your drawings manufactured.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing.
• Payment terms are stated in the quote. For first orders we may ask for an advance payment of up to 50%.
• Lead times start once we have your order confirmation, approved drawing and any agreed advance payment.

4. End use and export control

• You tell us the intended end use of the parts. For defence or dual-use end use we may ask for an end-user statement before confirming.
• We may decline or cancel any order if supplying it could breach EU or Romanian sanctions, export-control rules, or other applicable law.
• You are responsible for complying with export rules when you resell or re-export the parts.

5. Quality and traceability

• Each batch ships with a lot file: material certificates, lot number, inspection record and certificate of conformity, as agreed in the quote.
• Please inspect deliveries on receipt and report visible defects or shortages within 10 working days.
• If parts do not conform to the agreed drawing and specification, we will, at our choice, rework, replace or credit them.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example for intent or gross negligence). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You are responsible for the design, qualification and safe use of the parts in your product.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Cluj-Napoca have jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
